By using thunderingtechnologies.com (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our content. Everything on the site, including text, images, design, logos and the names Thundering Technologies and Titan, belongs to Thundering Technologies LLC ("Thundering", "we"). You may view it to learn about us and our products.

2. What you may not do. You will not:

  1. copy, republish or sell site content;
  2. scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or use its content to train AI or machine-learning models;
  3. use our names, logos or content to market, compare or sell anything, or suggest that we partner with or endorse you;
  4. make false or misleading statements about Thundering or our products using our content;
  5. use anything on the site to build or improve a competing product;
  6. try to break into, overload or get around any security or access control on the site.

3. Information only. The site describes our products in general terms. It is not an offer or a warranty. Features, availability and pricing are set only in a signed agreement. Titan assists licensed title professionals; it does not issue title insurance or decide insurability.

4. Demos. Titan demo films are covered by the Titan Demo Confidentiality Agreement, which you accept before watching.

5. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

6. No liability. The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

7. Changes. We may update these terms. The version and date above show the current terms.

8. Law. Florida law governs these terms. The state courts in Pinellas County, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
